I’m the Chief of Staff to the Partners at Airtree, focusing on how we run leadership ops, strategic planning and operational cadences.
My pathway to tech started after I accidentally signed up for a hackathon in 2016. I was inspired by the ecosystem, and have since spent my career running community events, founding my own VR language learning startup, and scaling two high-growth startups.

I love playing around with new productivity tools in both my personal and professional life. Talk to me about my restaurant tracker in Airtable or how I do personal sprint planning in Notion! Despite all the tools I try, I’m still a big fan of the bullet journal method, and that’s how I prioritise my day-to-day. My biggest tip is to learn the keyboard shortcuts of your favourite tools. You’ll save so much time!
